We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you didn’t love a NEEMA Skincare product for any reason, please email us at info@neemaskincare.com with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll issue a replacement or full refund for returns requested within 30 days. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.
